Eight years ago... My world shook.

And I was married. Today is our anniversary and I don't need a reminder to know that I have a winner. Ryan let me sleep in this morning. Not sure if it was for our Anniversary or because I have a cold and I could barely speak this morning but either way I am grateful. It's things like this, that he does for me daily. He is the most considerate and most kind hearted person that I know. I am always grateful that he is mine. Not just today but every day and in every way.

We had a busy Valentines day!

On Valentines day we went to my parents house to celebrate their 40th Wedding anniversary. We also celebrated Owen's first birthday even though it was about a month overdue because Chad, Candy and the boys spent a month in Washington and had just gotten back (I sure did miss them). And of course we celebrated Valentines day! Here are some pics of the kiddo's last Saturday and a few other's of the girls just at our house over the last couple weeks.

Delaney walks!

I know I said I'd get a video of Jocelyn walking and I still need to do that but tonight is Delaney walking. Since Jocelyn has been stepping out, Delaney has been trying to walk herself. She will put her arms out and then leap outward and straight to the floor. Tonight however she finally threw a few steps in too. She would do this circle thing where she goes from me to the ottoman, to the couch and back to me. The lights are low because we were starting to wind the girls down for the night (and this really wore her out). Sorry that it's a little dark and FYI, you might want to turn down the volume on your computer as I am annoyingly excited about Laney's steps.

The Zoo and Lunch Too!

Sandie came to town to visit the grand kids (all 6 of them). On Saturday we went to the zoo for the very first time with the girls and met up with Sandie, Colin, Brittany, and their boys Justin, Dylan, and Ryan. After the zoo we went to lunch in Scottsdale at a Mexican restaurant called Lupe's I think. Anyway, It was a great day for us. The girls sat in a high chair out for the first time and had a blast! People had lots of questions both at the zoo and at lunch. With a set of triplets and twins in the same group who could blame them?
