Oh boy, Oh boy, it's a boy, it's a boy!!

It's official, Colin and Brittany are having Twin boys. They just found out today what the sexes are and we are so thrilled for them. I'm pretty sure it's just what Colin wanted and Brittany makes such a good mom to their boy Justin that I know she will handle being outnumbered by the boys as well as Ryan is handling being outnumbered by the girls around here. Now Doug and Sandie will have 3 grandsons and 3 granddaughters so it'll be up to Jocelyn to break the tie. Although at this rate she will probably just have boy/girl twins.

What a Surprise!

Cali hates tummy time but we never expected this at only 6 and a half weeks! This is the third time she did it this morning.

Do you know who this one is? I had to check the girls outfits to see today because Laney and Cali were not side by side (Joc was between them) so it was harder to tell.

The pictures probably all look pretty much the same, but hey, they're babies. You're not gonna get any action shots. It's like the game in the Highlights magazines at the doctors office where two pictures are almost the same but with subtle differences.

Mystery Man

My mom's been staying with us most of these last few weeks and the other night when Ryan went off to bed she asked me if I even know how great of a husband Ryan is. He has been feeding babies, changing diapers doing laundry, dishes, dinner, cleaning the house, yard work, washing cars, grocery shopping... Basically He's been taking care of everything he can think of to make my life as easy as possible and as my mom was saying. Most men wouldn't even think about doing half the things he does for me.

It got me thinking about when I was growing up and how there wasn't a night that went by that my mom and I didn't pray over whoever my future husband was and that he was being raised to be wonderful. I'm thinking that it must be satisfying to my mom to know that the Mystery man we used to pray over (and still do of course) is above even our expectations and that her daughter is so happy.

Now that's a stroller!

First of all I do know how white I am and I honestly do plan on doing something about it very very soon. Just wanted to say it myself before someone else (Jocelyn) makes a comment about it. Anyway, today was our first stroller walk! Ryan, my mom, and I took the dog and the trips out for a stroll in this very long stroller. It is actually very easy to steer. In fact it actually has a steering wheel although it's something to get used to especially when backing up. I think I was over thinking it all a little at first but had it down very quickly. The girls liked it too (I think).

Just flew in for a surprise visit.

Apparently these two love birds think our pool is the newest hot spot for a romantic get away. There have always been lots of little critters such as these who live just over our fence on the golf course such as Bunnies, jack rabbits, geese, snakes coyotes and more but I don't believe any have ever come to our house before. Do you think maybe they wanted to see the girls?
